San Antonio criminal-defense lawyer Mark H. Benavides was indicted today for 35 second-degree felony counts of sexual assault and compelling prostitution.
He was arrested for compelling prostitution in November 2015 for allegedly forcing three of his clients to have sex with him to pay for his legal services in their criminal cases.
