Dallas intellectual property trial boutique Skiermont Puckett merged Jan. 1 with Derby Curtis, a commercial litigation boutique in Los Angeles, forming the 14-lawyer Skiermont Derby.
The firm, which will maintain offices in Dallas and Los Angeles, brings together longtime friends Paul Skiermont of Dallas and Paul Derby of Los Angeles.
