Pardon Dan Sheehan for not being completely satisfied with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit ruling vacating a contempt finding against him.

That’s because Sheehan believes the decision fails to pass judgment on the gravity of what U.S. District Judge Vanessa Gilmore of Houston did to him during a May 2013 hearing. During that hearing, Gilmore had Sheehan handcuffed in open court and jailed by U.S. marshals until his client removed deragotory postings about an opposing litigant from the Internet.
