A Houston judge has certified a class action in a lawsuit that alleges Texas Law Shield, which provides legal services to holders of concealed handgun licenses, engages in barratry.
On July 27, 11th District Judge Mike Miller granted a motion for class certification filed by plaintiffs Brad and Terrilyn Crowley in Crowley v. Texas Law Shield.
