A recently released autopsy report casts new light on veteran Greenville solo criminal defense lawyer and former prosecutor Royal Mullins’ arrest for murder in July.
The autopsy, performed by the Dallas County Office of the Medical Examiner, concludes that Curtis “Topper” Gray, a 50-year-old Greenville resident, was a victim of a homicide that was committed on the night of Mullins’ arrest and that Gray died as a result of 11 gunshot wounds.
