Porter Hedges of Houston opened an office in Oklahoma City by hiring four lawyers from Oklahoma City firm Commercial Law Group. New partner C. Ray Lees, a lawyer who has worked closely with Porter Hedges lawyers on a number of energy deals in recent years, will head the office.
Lees, who had been managing partner of Commercial Law Group, focuses his practice on upstream and midstream oil and gas transactions. Other Commercial Law Group lawyers joining Porter Hedges are of counsel Kendra Streeter and associates John Edwards and David Gannaway.
