Brown McCarroll, a 75-year-old Austin-based firm, plans to merge with Husch Blackwell of St. Louis on July 1, creating a 608-lawyer firm with offices in Austin, Dallas and Houston and 14 other cities.
The firm will be known as Husch Blackwell.
