AT&T Advertising LP, doing business as AT&T Yellow Pages, filed a breach of contract suit against the Law Offices of Gilbert T. Adams of Beaumont, alleging the firm failed to pay $484,710.54 for directory and online advertisements in 2007, 2008 and 2009.
AT&T alleges in the petition filed on Jan. 24 in the 152nd District Court in Harris County that the plaintiff’s firm entered into a series of written agreements for the “sale and purchase of directory advertising services.” AT&T alleges the agreements are for ads in the December 2007, December 2008 and December 2009 Beaumont Yellow Pages; the September 2008 SE Texas Area Yellow Pages; the June 2008 and June 2009 Orange-Bridge City Yellow Pages; the June 2008 and June 2009 Mid and South Counties Yellow Pages; and “various” online internet advertising.
