Ben Mesches, a Haynes and Boone partner in Dallas who is a leader of the firm's appellate practice and a board member, became the firm's general counsel on Jan. 1, succeeding longtime general counsel Stacy Brainin, a litigation partner in Dallas, who will be returning to practicing full time.
“Ben has earned the trust and respect of our partners through his thoughtful leadership and commitment to our values,” Haynes and Boone managing partner Taylor Wilson said in a press release.
