Dallas-founded litigation firm Thompson, Coe, Cousins & Irons, which opened offices in New York and Honolulu in July, will launch an office in Denver on Jan. 1, 2025, adding 14 lawyers from Wells, Anderson & Race, a majority woman-owned firm in Denver that does trial work.
The Wells Anderson lawyers will expand Thompson Coe's expertise in products liability, aviation, employment, insurance coverage, construction defect and business litigation.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota.
