Two Texas-based law firms are collaborating on a proposed federal class action against California-based ACE Parking Management Inc., alleging it uses deceptive notices to encourage underpayment and then attempts to charge onerous late fees.
The Lanier Law Firm in Houston and Vartabedian Hester & Haynes firm in Dallas filed suit against ACE Parking and Colorado-based Parking Revenue Recovery Services Inc., or PRRS, in the Northern District of Texas, Dallas Division.
