A former employee of the Thomas J. Henry law firm has filed a federal law suit against the firm, alleging sex-based discrimination, harassment and retaliation, after she allegedly began to suspect the firm’s then-CEO John Sweeney drugged her at a firm-sponsored event.

The case, filed last week, is the second lawsuit filed against the firm in less than two years in which a woman alleged misconduct by a man in connection with the Austin Elevates art and music festival.
