A prominent Houston personal injury law firm’s temporary injunction was upheld in a suit where a former employee is accused of tortious interference by allegedly taking proprietary information and clients.
The lawsuit pertains to an attorney fresh out of law school who passed the bar in 2021, and allegedly used his employer’s database to build on his own solo practice after he was dismissed.
