Changes are afoot at Texas firm Gray Reed & McGraw, with a new managing partner, a revamped practice group structure, and the addition of the firm’s first chief legal talent officer.
With the start of the year, Houston partner Kyle Sanders became managing partner, succeeding Cary Gray, the managing partner since 2006 who is now the firm’s chairman.
