FOX will have to pay twice what it claimed it should to get a share of FanDuel.
Susman Godfrey represented the seller, Flutter, in this arbitration dispute over market valuation of the asset.

A team of Susman Godfrey attorneys led by Houston partner Vineet Bhatia and Los Angeles partner Amanda Bonn secured favorable terms in client Flutter’s FanDuel Group deal with Fox.

FOX, or FSG Services, through a subsidiary, has been trying to acquire an 18.6% share of FanDuel.
