Occidental Petroleum, a Texas-based petroleum company engaged in hydrocarbon exploration, was slapped with an employment class action Friday in Texas Western District Court. The suit, over alleged wage-and-hour violations, was filed by Josephson Dunlap LLP and Bruckner Burch PLLC. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 5:22-cv-01184, Grandstaff v. Occidental Petroleum Corporation.
