The case was filed by Findlay Craft P.C. and Bradford Black P.C. on behalf of Calabrese Stemer LLC. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 2:22-cv-00386, Calabrese Stemer LLC v. Comerica Bank.
