BNSF Railway chief legal officer and executive vice president Roger Nober will retire after 16 years with the Fort Worth, Texas-based railroad company, which has tapped another one of its longtime in-house lawyers to step up and lead the legal department.
Nober, 58, announced earlier this week that he was stepping down at the end of the year as part of a “long-planned transition.”
