Following the launch of its Chicago officer earlier this year, Norton Rose Fulbright is adding seven lawyers and three paralegals from a locally based renewable energy and real estate boutique.

Clean Law, a distributed law firm with 12 employees based in cities around the country, officially closed its doors to business Monday, with most of its lawyers relocating to Norton Rose’s projects practice. Firm shareholders say Clean Law has maintained a niche practice in renewable energy development, serving a client base that ranges from “top developers” around the globe and small “mom-and-pop shop” companies in the U.S since opening in 2017.
