Baker Botts capital markets, finance and M&A partner Justin Hoffman has joined Winston & Strawn as a partner in the transactions department in Houston, as Big Law firms continue to compete for lateral hires in Texas.
Hoffman moved on Monday to Winston & Strawn, where he will focus his practice on corporate finance, M&A, and governance and compliance matters.
