An office of the State Bar of Texas, responding to Attorney General Ken Paxton’s effort to dismiss his disciplinary action for alleged unethical acts before the U.S. Supreme Court, turned tables on Paxton’s claim the investigation is partisan politics.
The Commission for Lawyer Discipline filed its disciplinary petition against Paxton on May 25 in the 471st District Court in Collin County.
