Austin, Texas-based Agilon Health announced Tuesday that Denise Zamore will serve as the company’s first chief legal officer. She joins the executive team on Aug. 1, and will report directly to CEO Steve Sell.
“By creating a chief legal officer position on our executive leadership team, we are taking a significant step to support our continued, rapid growth as an organization,” Sell said.
