Partners in Gray Reed & McGraw have unanimously elected Houston partner Kyle Sanders as the firm’s new managing partner, while Cary Gray, managing partner since 2006, will become chairman as the management changes go into effect Jan. 1, 2023.
Sanders, who has spent his career at the firm after joining it in 1996, has served in a number of leadership positions including chair of the family law department, and has served on the firm’s board of directors, executive committee and compensation committee.
