The ongoing Big Law shuffle in Texas continues with Haynes and Boone litigation partner Emily Westridge Black moving to Shearman & Sterling‘s Austin office on Monday, and DLA Piper energy and infrastructure projects partner Drew Baldinger joining Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom in Houston.
