Nearly four years after Kirkland & Ellis launched an office in Dallas, the firm’s lawyers and staff will move Monday into new space that features modern law office design and is located outside of downtown but close to where many of the firm’s lawyers live.
The firm is leasing five floors, including the top four floors of the 12-story Weir’s Plaza, which is a Class AA mixed-use retail and office development in the Knox-Henderson neighborhood. Kirkland is the anchor tenant.
