Following a national trend, a group of 22 of the firms with the most lawyers in Texas promoted 78.5% more new Texas partners for 2022 than the prior year.

Aligning with a strong industry trend, Texas law firms with the most lawyers in Texas promoted 78.5% more lawyers to partner in 2021 than in 2020, as busy firms endeavor to retain associates.

A group of 22 firms promoted 141 Texas lawyers to partner for 2022, a dramatic increase when compared with 79 promotions for 2021 at the same firms.
