Upon refiling of election-violation charges against a Medina County justice of the peace, the State Commission on Judicial Conduct suspended the judge for a second time.

Tomas Ramirez III, Justice of the Peace, Precinct 4, was again indicted Jan. 7 — this time by a grand jury of the 454th District Court of Medina County.
