Plano-based Toyota North America has promoted its general counsel Ellen Farrell to group vice president and chief legal and compliance officer of Toyota Financial Services, as part of a series of executive changes at TNA and TFS.
Effective Jan. 3, Farrell will become the first person to hold the title of legal chief and compliance officer at TFS and will oversee the company’s U.S. operations, the company announced Tuesday.
