Three Texas attorneys who challenged mandatory membership in the State Bar of Texas have asked the U.S. Supreme Court to hear their appeal of a U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit opinion that did not go wholly in their favor.
The three lawyers filed a petition on Nov. 24, which the U.S. Supreme Court just made public on its website on Tuesday, seeking a writ of certiorari on the Fifth Circuit decision.
