Husch Blackwell continues expansion of its white-collar, internal investigations and compliance practice group, adding Gregg Sofer, a former U.S. attorney for the Western District of Texas, as a partner in Austin and Washington, D.C.
The longtime prosecutor took the top Western District job last October, following the resignation of U.S. Attorney John Bash, and left the office on Friday. He is the third former U.S. attorney to join Husch Blackwell this year, following Jeff Jensen in January and Tim Garrison in April.
