Locke Lord continues strategic growth in its public finance practice in Austin by hiring Norton Rose Fulbright senior associate Arnold Cantu as a partner in Austin.
Cantu is the fifth public finance lawyer the firm has hired in Texas since the beginning of the pandemic, starting with the addition of a three-lawyer group from Norton Rose Fulbright that joined in April 2020 in Austin, which brought bond counsel expertise.
