Kirkland & Ellis is building an intellectual property litigation practice in its new Austin office, launched by partner Jeannie Heffernan, who will relocate to Austin from the firm’s New York office.
The firm will grow the practice in Austin with a combination of transfers from other offices and lateral hires in Texas.
