Longtime corporate energy lawyer Julie Gremillion has transitioned into the startup realm, joining energy sector-focused e-commerce supply procurement platform GoExpedi as general counsel, the company announced this week.
In her new role, which she officially began May 10, Gremillion is tasked with heading up the Houston-based startup’s legal department — which, currently, is a department of one.
