Then, in May 2020, Amy M. Stewart, a founding partner with the Stewart Law Group, made history when she became one of the first trial attorneys to present a case to a jury over Zoom. Following the experience, she put together a team of outstanding attorneys: M.C. Sungaila, Winter Wheeler and Cheralyn Stevenson, to create the Virtual Proceedings Playbook, a resource for lawyers, mediators and judges to use when conducting virtual proceedings.
