K&L Gates has picked up its second cannabis lobbying client, the newly formed United States Cannabis Council.
The Cannabis Council, which launched in February, will lobby on a range of issues shaping the growing, state-regulated cannabis market, including banking and small business assistance, according to a federal disclosure filing.
