Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani has settled a negligence, breach of fiduciary duty and misrepresentations suit filed in state court in Houston by a group of Houston companies over how the firm handled litigation that ended in a $44.5 million adverse jury verdict.
On Monday, 269th State District Judge Cory Sepolio of Harris County signed an agreed order of dismissal with prejudice requested in a joint motion by plaintiffs Stoller Group, Stoller Enterprises and Stoller USA., and defendant Gordon Rees.
