Writing that his patience has “run out,” U.S. Magistrate Judge Andrew Austin warned Robert Tauler, defense attorney in a trade secrets suit between legal recruiters, that he could face sanctions for further abuses of process, violation of rules or misconduct.
That’s in addition to any sanctions he is already considering for past actions, Austin wrote.
