The Biden administration’s attempt to reverse what many perceive as the former administration’s war on immigration has itself become a battleground. What has become crystal clear is that it’s one President Joe Biden is currently losing.

On Tuesday, U.S. District Judge Drew Tipton of the Southern District of Texas indefinitely banned the Biden administration from enforcing a 100-day moratorium on most deportations. The federal judge issued the preliminary injunction sought by Texas, which argued the Biden moratorium could impose undue costs on Texas and violated federal law.
