Jenner's Profit Surges With Flat Revenue and Head Count Decline

While Jenner & Block, a litigation-heavy firm based in Chicago, had no gross revenue growth last year, it saw a strong surge in profits. Its leaders say they are pleased with the 2020 results “given the headwinds” last year.

Gross revenue dipped slightly by 0.4% to roughly $446.3 million, and with about 30 fewer lawyers in 2020, the firm’s revenue per lawyer rose 6.6% to $1.036 million.
