It’s hard to put it any other way: Amazon.com and Fenwick & West have been having their way with Innovation Sciences LLC.
The Texas-based nonpracticing entity sued Amazon in the Eastern District of Virginia and the Eastern District of Texas, in each instance alleging that the Echo and other Amazon products infringed various patents on efficient multimedia communication.
