A Dallas-area lawyer who fabricated and forged court orders, and unlawfully appropriated nearly $327,000 from her clients, can no longer practice law in Texas.
A grievance committee disbarred Cyndee Cole of Forney, a Dallas suburb, for her conduct in civil and bankruptcy matters for a married couple. Cole’s disbarment is one of 39 sanctions announced against Texas attorneys on the January attorney discipline list by the State Bar of Texas Office of Chief Disciplinary Counsel.
