The Florida Bar has confirmed an open investigation into lawyer Peter Wizenberg, on Wednesday after a federal appeals court affirmed a lower court ruling entering sanctions for his conduct.
Among the misbehavior cited by the court was the attorney's repeated "shushing" of opposing counsel during a deposition, and his submission of "lengthy and superfluous filings, one in which the court said he wrote as a nonsensical haiku."
