Austin-based personal injury firm Slack Davis Sanger is acquiring Dallas’ Guajardo & Marks in a deal that combines Slack Davis’ aviation expertise with the smaller firm’s catastrophic injury and products liability practice.
Mike Slack, managing partner of the eight-lawyer Slack Davis, and Guajardo & Marks partner Mike Guajardo each said melding the practices provides cross-selling opportunities.
