Attorneys from Hogan Lovells, Beck Redden and other firms have agreed to wait two weeks and then resume their jury trial in a case that was paused because at least seven court participants came down with COVID-19.

One of the party’s attorneys, who asked for anonymity because he didn’t want to criticize the court and draw its ire, told Texas Lawyer that so far, seven people have tested positive for COVID-19 and other tests are still pending.
