A bankruptcy lawyer who was suspended from practice in one Texas bankruptcy court, only to skirt the sanction by filing his clients’ cases in a different bankruptcy court, has now lost his law license.
Seth Parker Crosland of Arlington—who the Commission for Lawyer Discipline said committed misconduct in all of the bankruptcy courts in Texas—asked the Texas Supreme Court to resign his law license, rather than facing a lawyer discipline case.
