Houston Judge Appeals Sanction for Allegedly Grabbing Paralegal

A Houston judge who was publicly admonished for allegedly grabbing a paralegal’s arm in court has appealed his sanction.

Judge Lee Harper Wilson of Harris County Criminal Court-at-Law No. 10 rebuts the paralegal’s version of the story, and wants to use the de novo trial in the appeals process to cross-examine the woman for the first time, said his lawyer, Gaines West.
