Susman Godfrey and two of its Texas attorneys face a Florida lawsuit accusing them of abuse of process, or misuse of court proceedings.
The defendants are the firm, Houston partner Geoffrey L. Harrison and associate Rocco Magni. They did not respond to a request for comment.
