Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, who died Sept. 18 at age 87, visited Atlanta occasionally, and twice I had the opportunity to cover those events. Her appearances revealed wisdom about the workings of the U.S. Supreme Court and were especially interesting when she discussed the relationship between justices when they disagreed.
