The Texas Supreme Court has fired an employee for allegedly using her position inappropriately to help an El Paso judge, and for allegedly making it seem she was taking official action for the court or her boss, Texas Supreme Court Justice Jeff Boyd.
Amoriss Mallett worked since September 2014 as Boyd’s executive assistant.
