A Dallas fair housing nonprofit that changed federal housing discrimination law before the U.S. Supreme Court has hit a snag in a newer case.

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit on Monday ruled The Inclusive Communities Project Inc. did not have standing to sue the federal government for claims it failed to promote fair housing with regulations of the federal Low-Income Housing Tax Credit program, which grants tax incentives to developers of low-income housing projects. The court dismissed the lawsuit.
